Water Treatment Trainer – £45k + Car Allowance (UK-wide)

About the role

We are seeking a Water Treatment Trainer to deliver specialist training on reverse osmosis, filtration and water hygiene across the UK. The role is home‑based with regular travel to client sites and offers a competitive salary of £45,000 plus a car allowance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training sessions to apprentices and practising engineers.
• Cover topics such as reverse osmosis, filtration systems, water treatment processes and related equipment.
• Support initial training programmes and up‑skilling initiatives.
• Travel to client locations nationwide to assess progress and provide on‑site guidance.
• Assist learners with assessments and career progression.

Required profile

• Strong background in water treatment, including reverse osmosis and filtration plant systems.
• Experience as an engineer or technician, or previous training/mentoring experience.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the provider on client sites.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
