Waterjet Operator – Manufacturing (Weybridge)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Waterjet Operator to join a leading specialist manufacturer of custom stone furnishings. The role is based in Weybridge and involves programming and operating CNC machinery and waterjet equipment to produce high‑quality stone slabs for commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Program, set up and operate CNC machines and waterjet systems to meet design specifications.
• Produce custom stone slabs, ensuring correct dimensions and finish.
• Monitor machine performance, perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to interpret technical drawings.
• Maintain accurate production records and adhere to health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating CNC machinery and waterjet equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with custom stone fabrication and ability to read technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday day shifts on‑site.
