Wave Solder Machine Operator

About the role

The position is based in the PCB Department, where you will operate a wave solder machine to manufacture high‑quality fire control panel products for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, set up and maintain the wave solder machine.
• Handle PCBs and ensure they meet departmental and company targets.
• Inspect and finish products before passing them to the next process.
• Follow health & safety regulations, housekeeping, work instructions, 5S and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Computer literate with basic mathematics.
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy.
• Experience using similar machinery is preferable.
• Understanding of mechanical drawings or artwork is a plus.
• Full training will be provided.
