Wax Production Operative

About the role
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Wax Production Operatives to work at Howmet Aerospace in Exeter. You will join a skilled team producing high‑quality wax‑based components in a modern manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle small, intricate components with precision.
- Use hand tools to perform detailed manual tasks.
- Follow strict quality and safety procedures.
- Work rotating shifts (6 am‑2 pm or 2 pm‑10 pm) Monday to Friday.
- Support overtime requirements when needed.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good manual dexterity for handling small parts.
- Comfortable working with hands for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Reliable and flexible approach to work.
- Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial.
