Wealth Administrator

About the role

We are supporting a well‑established financial planning firm in Poole that seeks an experienced Wealth Administrator. This role offers a chance to step into a more senior position, working closely with advisers on complex client cases while ensuring high‑quality service across the administration team.

Key responsibilities

• Process complex new business, policy changes, transfers, withdrawals and valuations.
• Provide high‑level administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
• Maintain accurate client records across CRM and back‑office systems.
• Liaise with providers to resolve complex case queries efficiently.
• Review work, share knowledge and support junior administrators.
• Ensure all administration complies with FCA regulations and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an IFA Administrator, Financial Services Administrator or similar wealth‑management support role.
• Good knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
• Experience processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals, transfers and ongoing servicing requests.
• Confident use of CRM and back‑office systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high standards of accuracy.

What we offer

• Salary up to £38,000 per year.
