Wealth Manager – High Net Worth Clients (Hybrid, up to £130k)

About the role

Join a leading independent wealth management firm as a Wealth Manager focused on high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients. You will work within a high‑performing advisory team that delivers personalised financial planning and ethical advice in a collaborative, client‑centric environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
• Provide holistic advice across pensions, investments, tax planning, protection and estate planning.
• Conduct fact‑finds, cash‑flow modelling and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and admin teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and industry standards.
• Generate new business through referrals, professional networks and client meetings.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum); Chartered status preferred.
• Current CAS and SPS certification or ability to obtain promptly.
• Minimum 3 years’ client‑facing financial planning or wealth management experience.
• Expertise in pensions, ISAs, inheritance tax planning, investment portfolios and tax‑efficient wrappers.
• £10 million AUM after covenants.
• Based in London or South East England (other UK regions considered).
