Web Application Developer – AI Model Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Web Application Developer to join our team and help train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coding challenges to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model results for correctness and performance.
• Explain solutions to coding problems and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift).
• Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and clearly explain solutions.
