Web Developer – WordPress & Front‑End Focus

About the role

We are seeking a Web Developer to join a growing technical team at a well‑established digital agency in central Norwich. The role offers variety and autonomy, working on bespoke websites and digital solutions for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop bespoke WordPress websites and custom functionality.
• Build responsive front‑end solutions using HTML, CSS/SCSS and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Create and maintain API integrations.
• Support and enhance existing client sites and web applications.
• Manage website deployments, version control and hosting activities.
• Provide technical documentation, project handovers and performance monitoring.
• Assist with project scoping, quotations and client technical recommendations.

Required profile

• Commercial experience as a Web Developer.
• Proactive mindset with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality delivery.
