Website Marketing Manager – Lead Digital Presence

About the role

Fora is seeking a Website Marketing Manager to own and optimise its digital presence. You will be responsible for the website as a core commercial channel, shaping user journeys and driving performance across campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the website, ensuring seamless user experience and brand consistency.
• Build and optimise landing pages using CMS templates and update site copy, imagery and campaign assets.
• Monitor site health, load times and performance, implementing improvements as needed.
• Analyse website performance with GA4 and other analytics tools, track user behaviour and conversion funnels.
• Produce regular dashboards, reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with digital agencies, ensure paid media integration, and coordinate SEO and technical enhancements.
• Translate marketing briefs into website builds, work with creative, content and CRM teams on integrations.
• Conduct audits and identify opportunities for UX, CRO and digital journey improvements.
