Weddings and Events Executive

About the role

You will be the primary point of contact for couples and event organisers, guiding them from the first enquiry through to the final planning stages. The role combines high‑level customer service with a proactive sales approach to deliver memorable weddings and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage wedding and special‑event enquiries from initial contact to final planning.
• Build strong client relationships and guide them throughout the booking process.
• Conduct professional venue tours and prepare tailored proposals.
• Produce contracts, event documentation, and ensure accurate processing of deposits and bookings.
• Coordinate event details with operational departments to ensure seamless delivery.
• Prepare detailed function sheets and attend planning meetings.
• Proactively follow up enquiries to maximise booking conversions.
• Identify upselling opportunities to enhance client experience and increase revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and event information in internal systems.
• Support the wider sales team during busy periods and contribute to departmental revenue targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in weddings, events, hospitality sales, or venue coordination.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence presenting to clients and conducting venue show rounds.
