Weekend Access Control Officer

About the role

The Weekend Access Control Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and clients at the Warner Bros. site. Working Saturdays and Sundays from 05:00 to 17:00, you will ensure that access is granted correctly and that any issues are escalated promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Control site entry using C‑Cure 9000 and VM Easy systems.
• Provide full compliance with operational instructions, including alarm response and building access.
• Produce clear operational reports within required timeframes.
• Liaise with external authorities such as police and respond to incidents (medical, fire, security).
• Support service improvements and communicate changes in building occupancy.
• Perform any additional admin duties as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar access control or security role.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask.
• Eligibility for BS7858 vetting.

Required skills

• SIA Front‑Line License (essential).
• Proficiency with C‑Cure 9000 access control software.
• Familiarity with VM Easy system.
• Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Office packages.
