About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic baristas to join our Costa Coffee store in Essex. The role involves serving high‑quality coffee and creating a welcoming experience for customers during flexible weekend and weekday shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe store environment.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and handle customer enquiries.
• Ensure the store’s cash handling and stock procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the outlet running smoothly.

• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong customer focus.
• Adaptable, resourceful and able to work well under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a calm, composed approach.
• Reliability and pride in delivering quality service.
