About the role
We are seeking a reliable Weekend Cleaning Operative to keep a pet‑care manufacturing facility spotless. The role involves working night or day shifts over the weekend to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment for production staff.
Key responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean production floors, restrooms, break areas and offices.
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company policies.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
- Follow all health and safety regulations at all times.
Required profile
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s licence or reliable transport for commuting.

- Safe handling of cleaning chemicals
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £17.35.
- Weekend shifts: Friday & Saturday 22:00‑10:00 or Saturday & Sunday 10:00‑22:00.
- Temporary (fixed‑term) contract.
