Weekend Sales Assistant (10 hrs) – Saturdays & Sundays

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join its Bicester store on weekends. You will work 10 hours each Saturday and Sunday, helping customers discover the perfect Levi’s fit and delivering a memorable in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Operate tills, manage fitting rooms and handle stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express their style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Energy, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
