About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Weekend Store Operative to join our team delivering cleaning and store services for a healthcare environment. The role involves handling deliveries, maintaining stock, and ensuring the store area is tidy and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Accept incoming goods, verify deliveries against purchase orders or delivery notes and report any discrepancies.
- Store goods safely, maintain accurate stock records and carry out regular stock counts.
- Select and prepare items for distribution, ensuring orders are correctly packed and dispatched on time.
- Keep the store area clean, tidy and compliant with health and safety regulations, reporting hazards or equipment faults promptly.
Required profile
- Previous cleaning experience in a similar role.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Effective communication with customers and team members.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
