About the role
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a skilled Welder for Rittal CSM, a global industrial manufacturing leader based in Roborough, Plymouth. This full‑time position offers long‑term stability, a clear career path and a competitive hourly rate within a busy production environment. The role works a Monday‑to‑Friday afternoon shift from 3 pm to 11 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Perform welding on steel, stainless‑steel and aluminium components to precise specifications.
- Set up, calibrate and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Produce high‑quality, consistent welds that meet engineering standards.
- Adhere to strict health and safety procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Welder in an industrial setting.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, high‑quality workmanship.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Reliable team player willing to undergo a basic DBS check.
