Welder – TIG & Production

About the role

Our client is seeking experienced welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Aylesbury. The position is full‑time and focuses on TIG welding and general production duties, supporting a high‑quality fabrication environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding and production tasks as directed.
• Fabricate components from a variety of materials.
• Support quality control by conducting MPI and Dye Pen inspections.
• Maintain a 5S workplace culture.
• Interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Required profile

• Certified TIG welder.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with stainless steel and carbon steel.
• Familiarity with flux‑core welding.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and welding symbols.
