Welder – TIG/MIG – £16‑£17 per hour (Days)

About the role
The role is based at the company's purpose‑built headquarters in Stroud, producing large‑scale equipment for the aerospace and automotive sectors. You will join a growing team backed by significant funding, working on stainless‑steel and aluminium components. The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Friday, days‑only schedule with competitive hourly rates, regular overtime, and full product training.
Key responsibilities
- Manufacture large civil products from stainless steel.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminium components.
- Work a 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday, days only (8 am‑4 pm).
Required profile
- Experience as a welder, fabricator or sheet‑metal worker.
- Ability to commute to Stroud, South West England.
- Willingness to undertake on‑the‑job training.
