Wholesale Logistic Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Wholesale Logistic Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound stock movements with third‑party warehouse partners. Based in our London office, you will ensure wholesale and retail orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately, supporting the brand’s growth across the UK, Italy and the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external wholesale clients and third‑party warehouses.
• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound stock movements, ensuring inventory integrity.
• Liaise with the Production team to arrange freight bookings, supplier coordination and required shipping documentation.
• Oversee timely fulfilment of wholesale orders across multiple regions, aligning with seasonal delivery schedules.
• Develop relationships with freight forwarders, carriers and logistics partners to secure cost‑effective transportation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date logistics data and records in internal systems.
• Act as the point of contact for international shipping, customs compliance and import/export documentation.
• Prepare and process export documentation, including customs declarations and certificates.
