Wills and Probate Chartered Legal Executive (Supervision Manager)

About the role

We are seeking a Wills and Probate Chartered Legal Executive to join our private client estate‑planning team. The role focuses on supervising wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney without any billable targets, offering flexible hours and the choice to work remotely or on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced solicitors and technical professionals to ensure high‑quality file progression.
• Review and verify the preparation of wills, trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney for legal and technical accuracy.
• Provide feedback and recommend changes to meet clients' estate‑planning objectives.
• Liaise closely with the estate‑planning team, offering technical support and guidance.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality‑assurance processes.

Required profile

• Qualified as a solicitor, CILEX, STEP or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning, wills drafting and tax planning.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent team‑working and communication skills.

What we offer

• Salary starting from £33,000 per year (range £30,001‑£45,000) plus excellent benefits.
