Wills and Probate Solicitor – Private Client Supervision Manager

About the role

We are seeking a qualified solicitor to lead our private‑client supervision team, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy in wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney. The role offers flexible working, with the option to work remotely or from our Stratford‑upon‑Avon office.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and review the preparation of wills, trusts and LPAs to ensure legal and technical accuracy.
• Provide feedback and guidance to solicitors and technical staff on document quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with the estate‑planning team to resolve queries and support ad‑hoc requests.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality‑assurance processes.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX, STEP or equivalent experience in estate planning.
• Demonstrated expertise in wills drafting, trust creation and tax planning related to lifetime planning.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
