About the role

We are seeking a Wills Case Supervision Lawyer to join our estate‑planning team at Co‑op Legal Services. The role focuses on quality assurance of wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney, with no billable targets, allowing you to balance technical expertise with a healthy work‑life rhythm.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced solicitors and technical professionals to ensure high‑quality case progression.
• Review and verify the legal and technical accuracy of wills, trusts and LPAs.
• Provide feedback and recommend changes to meet clients' estate‑planning objectives.
• Liaise with the estate‑planning team, offering technical support and guidance.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX, STEP or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning and wills drafting.
• Experience with tax planning related to lifetime planning.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
