Wills Case Supervision Manager – Private Client

About the role

We are seeking a Wills Case Supervision Manager to join our private client estate‑planning team. The role focuses on ensuring that wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney are prepared accurately and comply with legal and technical standards, without any billable‑hour targets.

Key responsibilities

• Review and quality‑assure the preparation of wills, trusts and LPAs.
• Provide feedback and technical support to solicitors and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client instructions.
• Support continuous improvement of estate‑planning services.

Required profile

• Qualified as a solicitor, CILEX member or STEP professional, or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning, wills drafting and tax planning.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
