Window Order Processor

About the role

MacGregor Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Window Order Processor to join a leading manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors in Essex. You will work within a small, dedicated order‑processing team, handling customer enquiries and ensuring accurate quotation and order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries, providing product information and advice.
• Check specifications and generate accurate window and door quotations using the Business Micros Evolution system.
• Process orders, verify pricing and dispatch orders to third‑party suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Provide wider administrative support, including answering calls, following up quotes and updating customers.

Required profile

• Previous experience processing window and door quotes and orders.
• Familiarity with Business Micros (or similar) order‑processing software.
• Good understanding of window and door products and relevant regulations.
• Methodical, accurate and efficient with strong people skills.
• Own transport is advantageous.

What we offer

• Salary band £33,000‑£35,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• 28 days annual leave inclusive of statutory entitlement.
• Full‑time permanent role, Monday‑Friday.
