Wire Person / System Builder

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Wire Person to join our production team in Clevedon. Reporting to the Production Manager and Supervisor, you will work closely with Stores, System Test and Engineering to build and wire electrical sub‑assemblies to exact standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow company health and safety policies at all times.
• Collect and verify kits of parts against specification sheets, drawings and other documentation.
• Report any inconsistencies in documentation to the relevant teams.
• Assemble and wire sub‑assemblies, including single‑phase and three‑phase power distribution units.
• Fit electrical components and wiring using hand tools, working from schematics and drawings.

Required profile

• Ability to interpret mechanical and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of how to assemble components on gear trays.
• Understanding of component purposes and correct wiring/lacing techniques.
• Ex‑military experience is welcomed but not mandatory.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of £26,000‑£30,000 per year.
