WordPress Developer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on WordPress Developer to join our marketing team and help enhance our public‑facing websites. You will work closely with key marketing stakeholders to deliver new functionality, optimise performance and support our SEO strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance WordPress‑based sites with a focus on speed, scalability and SEO.
• Build responsive web pages using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with marketing to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure sites are optimised for mobile performance and usability.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement and innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• Motivated, commercially aware web developer.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, marketing‑led environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite 4‑5 days a week.

Required skills

• WordPress development and PHP.
• Core front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Version control with Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
