Workday Financials Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Workday Financials Specialist to join our modern IT Applications team in Knightsbridge, Central London. You will own the configuration, reporting and day‑to‑day use of Workday Financials, partnering closely with Finance and senior leadership to ensure the platform meets business and compliance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and enhance Workday Financials in line with best practice.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
• Review existing configuration and recommend improvements for performance and usability.
• Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance teams, providing guidance on system capability and best practice.
• Deliver training and create documentation for Finance users and other stakeholders.
• Work with integration owners to provide functional input on financial integrations and support end‑to‑end processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday Financials.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, reporting requirements and compliance considerations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience delivering training and creating user documentation.
