Workday Systems Analyst

About the role

An established construction and property consultancy is launching a major digital transformation and needs a Workday Systems Analyst to help design, configure and adopt Workday HCM and Workday Financials from day one. You will work closely with HR, Finance, IT and external partners to ensure a successful rollout and become a key internal Workday subject‑matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and configuration of Workday HCM and Workday Financials.
• Gather and translate business requirements from HR, Finance and IT teams.
• Design, configure and test business processes within Workday.
• Assist with data migration, validation and data‑quality activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Support security, governance and access‑control processes.
• Collaborate with implementation partners on integrations and system enhancements.
• Create documentation and drive user‑adoption initiatives.
• Provide ongoing system support and continuous improvement post‑go‑live.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve user experience.

Required profile

• Experience supporting, administering or implementing enterprise business systems.
• Exposure to Workday or other HR, Finance or ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR, financial or operational business processes.
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach.
