Workshop Controller – Brentford Dealership

About the role

The Workshop Controller will be based at our Brentford dealership and will play a pivotal role in driving workshop performance and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure commercial targets are met, and uphold the high standards of our automotive brand.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and motivate the workshop team to achieve commercial results.
• Drive performance of workshop technicians and monitor key performance indicators.
• Oversee day‑to‑day workshop operations, including scheduling and workflow management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Manage parts inventory and coordinate with service advisors.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for workshop activities.
