Workshop Manager (Bespoke Joinery)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner with strong leadership qualities to manage our bespoke joinery workshop. The role involves supervising daily workshop operations, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee workshop activities, coordinating schedules and allocating resources.
- Monitor quality of work to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and site teams on current and upcoming projects.
- Liaise with procurement to secure timely delivery of materials.
- Supervise bench joiners and maintain a safe, efficient workshop environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in bespoke joinery manufacturing.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm on‑site.
