Workshop Repair & Stitching Coordinator

About the role

This is a hands‑on, full‑time position focused on repairing and stitching premium luggage items. The role blends practical workshop work with essential administrative support to ensure a smooth repair process.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out stitching, repair and restoration work to manufacturer standards.
• Assess damaged luggage, determine repair requirements and use approved methods and genuine parts.
• Process repair bookings, update internal systems and record damage assessments with photographs.
• Respond to customer and retailer emails, maintain accurate quality‑control documentation.
• Package and dispatch completed items, supporting wider workshop and admin duties.
• Meet KPI and quality targets while working within a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Interest or experience in sewing, stitching, tailoring, upholstery or DIY repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work.
• Basic IT and administration skills, comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work quickly, communicate clearly and collaborate as a team player.
• Flexibility to support different areas of the business; previous workshop experience is advantageous but not essential.
