About the role
We are seeking a reliable Yard Operative to join a growing engineering and construction support team at a depot in St. Neots. The role offers a stable full‑time contract, competitive salary and a range of benefits, with opportunities for overtime and career development.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain general upkeep of the yard and depot facilities.
- Support basic maintenance and general upkeep tasks.
- Assist with the distribution network and occasional visits to local customer sites.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of materials within the yard.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a yard, workshop, factory or stores environment.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Reliable and able to commute to St. Neots.
- Counterbalance forklift licence is advantageous.
Required skills
- Counterbalance forklift licence (preferred).
