Yard Operative (Twilight Shift)

About the role
We are seeking motivated Yard Operatives for the twilight shift at BCA Fleet Solutions in Thurleigh. The role involves working in a fast‑paced automotive environment, handling a variety of vehicles and supporting the smooth operation of the yard.
Key responsibilities
- Move and park vehicles safely around the site.
- Manage vehicle movements across the yard and operational areas.
- Carry out basic vehicle condition checks.
- Maintain accurate records and report any issues.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the yard.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Full UK driving licence (DVLA check).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Team‑working attitude and punctuality.
- Confidence driving a variety of vehicles.
Required skills

- Competitive rate of £14.84 per hour.
- Overtime pay available.
- Immediate start with full induction and training.
- Consistent Monday‑Friday twilight shift (3 pm‑11 pm).
