Yard Team Leader

About the role

Flogas is seeking a proactive and organised Yard Team Leader to oversee daily yard operations, maintain accurate stock levels and support essential office administration. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure smooth, safe, and compliant yard activities while contributing to the company’s transition to renewable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the yard team and manage site access on a rota basis.
• Maintain compliance with safety management systems and legislative requirements.
• Enter and manage data in Maximo and CODAS, ensuring accurate stock records.
• Support vehicle loading, act as emergency controller, and perform general office admin tasks.
• Promote a strong safety culture and adhere to company processes and financial controls.

Required profile

• Full driving licence.
• Flexibility to work additional hours.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Honest, trustworthy and safety‑focused.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Maximo asset management software.
• Experience using CODAS operating system.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
