Yardman / Labourer – Immediate Start

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Yardman/Labourer to keep our depot in Weston‑super‑Mare running safely and efficiently. The role starts immediately and offers a hands‑on environment where organisation and safety are paramount.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a tidy, safe yard and adhere to all health‑and‑safety procedures.
- Prepare machinery for hire by cleaning, valeting and checking equipment.
- Load, unload and position plant and attachments safely around the depot.
- Support depot operations by handling basic paperwork and assisting the Depot Manager with day‑to‑day tasks.
Required profile
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
- Clear communication and a team‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently when required.
- Right to work in the UK and a full driving licence.
Required skills
- Safe operation of plant machinery.
