Year 1 Teachers Needed Across Spalding

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Year 1 Primary Teachers to join a variety of welcoming schools in Spalding and the surrounding East Midlands area. The role offers flexible, supply‑based assignments that can be short‑term, long‑term, full‑time or part‑time, allowing you to choose when and where you work.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Year 1 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different school settings and student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attendance.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Passion for inspiring young learners and fostering their development.
- Reliability, adaptability and a commitment to high‑quality teaching.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
