About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Year 2 primary teachers to join a range of supportive schools in Spalding and the surrounding East Midlands area. The role offers flexible, supply‑based assignments that can be short‑term, long‑term, full‑time or part‑time, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Year 2 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
• Collaborate with school staff and contribute to team meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attendance.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Passion for inspiring young learners and building positive relationships.
• Reliability, adaptability and a commitment to high‑quality teaching.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
