About the role
Join a passionate team in a Leeds primary school to guide Year 3 pupils through the transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2. You will create a supportive, inclusive environment where children can take ownership of their learning, develop confidence and explore new ideas.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Manage the classroom with calm confidence and a nurturing approach.
- Drive pupil progress using innovative teaching methods.
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
- Adapt quickly to changing needs and contribute a sense of humour to the school community.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Early Career Teachers are welcome.
- Genuine love of teaching and learning, especially during the festive season.
- Strong commitment to pupils' emotional and social development.
