About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to join our team in Swindon. You will inspire young learners, deliver the national curriculum and help shape a positive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop engaging, age‑appropriate lesson plans for Year 3 pupils.
- Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and growth.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and fellow staff to ensure a cohesive approach to learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and safety in line with school policies.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Clean DBS check.
- Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management abilities.
- A caring, supportive teaching style.
