Year 3 Teacher

About the role

We are partnering with a 3‑form entry mainstream primary school in Liverpool to find an enthusiastic Year 3 teacher. You will take full responsibility for a KS2 class, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils through a crucial stage of their development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, focusing on Reading, Writing and Maths.
• Manage all aspects of the class, from lesson planning and delivery to assessment and reporting.
• Implement inclusive and differentiated teaching strategies to meet the needs of every learner.
• Track pupil progress and contribute to the school’s assessment and improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school community.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); Early‑Career Teachers are welcome.
• Proven classroom experience in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 3.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and community impact.
• Professional, reflective practitioner who works well in a team.
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service and eligibility to work in the UK.
