About the role
We are seeking a passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our friendly primary school in Enfield. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, well‑planned lessons that foster confidence and academic achievement for pupils aged 7‑8.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality Year 3 lessons across the curriculum.
- Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment.
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
- Provide targeted support for children with SEN, including ASD and ADHD.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance learning outcomes.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Commitment to fostering a welcoming and motivating learning atmosphere.
Required skills
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
- Effective communication with pupils, parents, and staff.
