Year 3 Teacher – Primary School (Preston)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join an oversubscribed primary school in Preston. The position starts in September 2026 and runs for the full academic year, offering a chance to make a lasting impact on young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Year 3 lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to support academic growth.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse abilities and needs of all students.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behaviour effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school’s overall educational goals.

Required profile

• Passionate about primary education and committed to pupil development.
• Ability to design and deliver lessons that keep pupils focused and motivated.
• Experience or training relevant to Key Stage 2 teaching (ECTs are welcome).
• Legal right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo DBS and reference checks.
