Year 3/4 Teacher – Primary School (Blackpool)

About the role

A Good Ofsted‑rated primary school in Blackpool is looking for a dedicated Year 3/4 Teacher to start in September 2026. The position is full‑time and will begin on a supply basis, moving to a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons for Year 3/4 pupils across the curriculum.
• Incorporate peer learning, cross‑curricular activities and ICT tools to enhance student experience.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to whole‑school initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s ethos of high aspirations and independent learning.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with the legal right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check, provide professional references and, if applicable, overseas police clearances.
• Commitment to attend a registration interview and adhere to the school’s safeguarding policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using ICT within classroom settings.
