About the role
Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Year 4 Class Teacher for an Ofsted “Good” primary school in West London. The role is full‑time, temporary, running from 7 September 2026 until the end of the academic year in July 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver Year 4 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Mark assessments, record progress and provide feedback to pupils and parents.
- Organise and attend parent evenings and staff meetings.
- Maintain a safe, supportive classroom environment during term‑time hours (8:30 am‑4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday).
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of Key Stage 2 teaching experience in the UK.
- Up‑to‑date safeguarding training (within the last year).
- Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check with online update service.
- Two professional references covering the last two years.
