About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join our vibrant primary school in Enfield. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to a class of 28 pupils, fostering a love of learning and supporting each child to reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver high‑quality KS2 lessons for Year 4.
- Assess pupil progress and adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
- Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence.
- Collaborate closely with support staff and contribute to the school’s overall standards of teaching and learning.
- Support the school’s strong SEN provision, including pupils with ASD and SEMH.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Enthusiastic, committed and able to commute to Enfield.
