Year 5 Teacher – Full‑time, £190‑£240 Daily, September Start

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets. The role starts in September, is full‑time and offers a competitive daily rate. You will work in a supportive environment that values pupil progress and staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Key Stage 2 lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Create an inclusive classroom that challenges pupils academically while supporting their social‑emotional growth.
• Assess pupil attainment and use data to plan differentiated instruction.
• Provide targeted support for individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff and parents to monitor progress.
• Maintain strong classroom management and clear communication.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Passion for helping pupils achieve their full potential.
• Creativity and confidence in delivering challenging lessons.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
