About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Year 6 primary teachers to join a network of schools across Spalding and the surrounding East Midlands area. These flexible supply positions allow you to choose when and where you work, gaining experience in a variety of classroom settings while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Year 6 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management.
• Collaborate with school staff to support pupils’ academic and personal development.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Passion for inspiring and supporting young learners.
• Ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Reliability, adaptability and a commitment to high‑quality teaching.
