Year 6 Supply Teacher – Deal (Full‑Time/Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Year 6 teachers to join primary schools in Deal on a supply basis. You will guide pupils through their final year of primary education, helping them build confidence and readiness for secondary school.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the full curriculum.
• Prepare students for SATs and monitor their progress.
• Support pupils in the transition to secondary school.
• Maintain a positive, well‑managed classroom environment.
• Build constructive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably Upper KS2.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
• Commitment to pupils’ academic and personal development.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for education.
