About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join our school in East London. The successful candidate will deliver the Key Stage 2 curriculum to Year 6 pupils, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and support pupil wellbeing. The position starts in September 2026 and includes a full‑time, permanent contract.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality KS2 lessons for Year 6 classes.
- Maintain strong classroom management and discipline.
- Promote a culture of outstanding teaching and learning.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching KS2, preferably with Year 6 classes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Passion for delivering excellent education.
