Yoga Class Instructor – Flexible Hours

About the role

GLL is seeking enthusiastic Yoga Class Instructors to join the team at Newquay Leisure World. You will lead engaging, safe, and inclusive yoga sessions for a diverse community, helping participants improve their wellbeing and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality yoga classes that cater to all ages and ability levels.
• Ensure a safe environment by following health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Adapt, progress, or regress exercises to meet individual needs.
• Motivate and inspire participants, fostering a positive class atmosphere.
• Maintain equipment and studio cleanliness after each session.

Required profile

• Yoga Level 3 qualification (minimum 200 hours of training).
• Strong communication and customer‑service focus.
• Enthusiasm, reliability and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication.
• Ability to demonstrate and cue yoga postures clearly.
• Customer‑service orientation.
